Return Policy

At Police Direct, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, we've made returns as easy as possible.

Returns Eligibility

  • You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in unused and resellable condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

How to Return

  1. Visit the link to log into your account: https://account.policedirect.co.uk/

  2. Select the correct order / products that you are returning
  3. Click the "Request return" button
  4. Select the reason for return
  5. Then click "Request return"

We will then accept the request and you will receive an email to confirm that your return was approved, you can then follow the steps bellow.

  1. Pack your item: Carefully package the item(s) with all original tags and packaging.
    Please insert a note within the parcel with your name and order number.

  2. Return the item: Once your return is approved, send it back to us using a tracked service (take note of the tracking information). We recommend using Royal Mail, Please DO NOT use DPD to return parcels. The cost of return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.
    Please do not use the self serve return option as we will be unable to refund any postage costs.

  • For items sold as faulty or damaged, return postage is not covered by us.

Exchanges

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange items. If you have received your order, please follow the the "How to Return" instructions. You can then start a new order for the correct item.
