Return Policy
At Police Direct, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, we've made returns as easy as possible.
Returns Eligibility

You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be in unused and resellable condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Unfortunately, personalised or customised items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or damaged.
How to Return

Notify us: Please contact us at sales@policedirect.co.uk to initiate a return. Include your order number and reason for return.

Pack your item: Carefully package the item(s) with all original tags and packaging.

Return the item: Once your return is approved, send it back to us using a tracked service. The cost of return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a return and issue a full refund or replacement.
Exchanges

If you would like to exchange, please let us know in the initial email and we will be happy to help.
Exceptions

Sale items: Sale or discounted items are only eligible for return if they are faulty.

Items sold as damaged or faulty: Items that are sold as damaged or faulty are not eligible for return unless the damage or fault was not described in the listing.
